How to get started

Referrals: Referrals are accepted from parents, schools, primary care providers, juvenile justice systems, and community organizations. Youth may also self-refer (with parental consent when required by law).

  1. Initial call or email inquiry
  2. Eligibility and screening (via phone or in-person)
  3. Assignment to a provider and scheduling of first session
  4. Development of a personalized care plan

Frequently asked questions

Do you only work with youth?
Yes, our services are specifically tailored to individuals ages 5–18. We also support caregivers and families as part of the treatment process.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes, with legal exceptions such as safety concerns. We explain confidentiality clearly during intake.
Do you offer virtual therapy?
Yes, we currently provide in-person and telehealth services.
What ages can self-consent for therapy in New Mexico?
In New Mexico, youth aged 14 and older may consent to outpatient mental health services without parental approval, per state law.
